Service Description
Do you want to host a party or event at your home? Within 25 miles of Silver Spring, Maryland. Please contact me if you would like to hold an event outside of my normal hours. Groups, parties, or events with 5 or more participants can be fun for everyone! We will determine everyone's undertone and color season broadly and will help participants identify if they are a Winter, Spring, Summer, or Autumn. Parties and events do not analyze each participant's specific sub-season from the 12 color seasons. What guests will gain: - Know with more clarity the broad group of colors that are most flattering - Learn your best neutrals - Gain more confidence - Get dressed in the mornings easily and stress-free - Coordinate your outfits easily with more outfit possiblities - Shop with greater ease - Save money when shopping, by avoiding costly shopping mistakes - Create a beautiful wardrobe filled with colors that mix and match - Enjoy a taste of color analysis that can help them for the rest of their life A deposit of $250 is required, and the remaining amount per person will be paid at the event. Sometimes head counts change, so don't worry if you don't have an exact head count. The remaining fee ($75 per person) will be paid at the time of the event. If each participant is paying separately, they can pay at the time of the event. *Color fan not included but can be purchased separately for $40 *Hostess receives her free color fan
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Your Perfect Palette! To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below. 1. Appointments & Scheduling All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking platform/email/phone. You are required to pay in advance of your appointment with a valid credit/debit card. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your service and a $25 inconvenience fee may apply. 2. Deposits For parties and events, a $250 deposit is required and a minimum of $375 will be charged regardless of whether a minimum of 5 people attend the party. The hostess or sponsor of the party is responsible for the full charge of $75 per participant. I can accept payment from individual participants at the event if desired. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-showed appointments will result in $25 inconvenience fee for rescheduling. 4. Confirmation Policy You will receive a confirmation text or email 24 hours before your appointment. 5. Refunds After you purchase your session online, sessions are non-refundable. If you purchased a group session and not all participants were able to make the appointment, refunds will not be made. Reasonable accommodation will be made to reschedule your appointment if you are unable to make your selected time. 6. Guest & Child Policy A friend, family member, guest, babies, or children are welcome to come along! Nursing mothers welcome! 7. Payment Methods We accept all major credit cards, cash, and zelle. Gratuity is appreciated and can be paid directly to your stylist in cash or electronically (if applicable).
